Dryness, dead skin cells and product build-up all need to be removed so your skin can regenerate, become more resilient and radiate a healthy glow.

The polish is applied at the end of your massage to the back, then using hot towels the scrub is removed and a firming body cream is then massaged into the skin leaving your skin looking and feeling. 

Reflexology is the application of pressure and massage to areas of the feet. 

These areas correspond to organs and areas of the body and the treatment induces a healing response to alleviate ailments and relax the whole body

The back, neck and shoulders are massaged using warmed stones.

Basalt river rocks are typically used because they are smooth (from the river's current) and retain heat well

By using hot stones, it relaxes the muscles and tissue and allows Kristina to apply more pressure than normal to release muscle tension and pain.

For the hour long treatment, choose between arms, legs or face and scalp. 

In between clients, these stones are scrubbed with hot, soapy water, specifically an antibacterial cleanser and thoroughly dried.

This form of therapy is a relaxing, holistic treatment that uses accupressure massage on the scalp, face, neck, shoulders and upper back.

Reiki is a Japanese word which translates as “Universal Life Energy”. It is a non-invasive therapy which uses energy flow from Kristina’s hands when placed on or near you.

It treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit creating relaxation and a feeling of peace, security and wellbeing.

This facial massage is a relaxing treatment.

First the face is cleansed, toned and exfoliated. Then the face and neck are gently massaged before a hydrating face mask is applied.

While that takes effect, the scalp is massaged. The facial is finished off with a moisturiser to leave the face soft, supple and radiant. 

A soothing treatment to help remove excess ear wax and impurities that can build within the ear.

This treatment can help alleviate headaches, migraines and sinus problems.
